Consider local expectations, visit frequency, nearby attractions, the length of the ride, and whether your goal is direct revenue or a complimentary customer experience. Because pricing is adjustable, you can refine it after observing actual use.

The Single Horse is built to order. Your selected configuration enters the production process after checkout and full payment are confirmed.

Full payment is required at checkout. Your checkout total will include the configured ride, selected paid options, applicable shipping, and tax.

The current estimated lead time is 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date; customization, production volume, approvals, and freight can affect timing.

Do not assume freight is included. Shipping cost, delivery method, access requirements, and destination details will be confirmed in your quote before the order is finalized.

Assembly, unloading, placement, and installation requirements can depend on the final configuration and delivery destination. We will document what is included and what your site must provide before shipment.

Contact us immediately if a selection needs to change. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, changes may not be possible and may affect price or timing.

Electrical requirements must be confirmed from the final product specification before installation. Have a qualified person verify that the intended outlet, circuit, and local electrical requirements are appropriate for the delivered ride.

Only place the ride outdoors if your final documentation specifically identifies it for that use. Weather exposure, water, temperature, anchoring, ground conditions, and local rules can change what is appropriate for a particular site.

Plan from the final ride dimensions, required operating clearance, customer circulation, supervision needs, and access for service. Confirm the complete footprint before preparing the location or committing to placement.

Follow the inspection and maintenance instructions supplied with the ride. Keep it clean, inspect it regularly for wear or damage, and remove it from service if operation appears abnormal. Service should be performed by an appropriately qualified person.
